Entering the Waiting Room

• To Enter the Waiting Room from the Out Side:

  • Enter your 4 digit Pin number then hit *, or Swipe your key Fob, over the key reader until the Red light on the reader turns Green;

  • When the light turns Green, the Door’s magnetic lock will Release and stay released for 30 seconds; so

  • While the lock is released, Open the Door and go Inside. 

• Upon entering the waiting room, you can check and see if someone is in The Room golfing by looking at the Time Window on the Card Reader:  

  • If the reader is displaying the amount of Time used, then someone is in The Room; if

  • The Window is saying “Swipe Your Card” to begin, then the Room is empty. 

                                          OR

• When the Open sign is lit up from the outside, that means someone is in the simulator. 

• If someone is in The Room, feel free to knock on the door and let them know you are there waiting for the next time slot to began.  This way they will know to leave The Room on time.
